In short – we are simply having a conversation, a brief or very brief intervention about health and wellbeing.
The key emphasis of MECC is that we are not expecting you to be health experts, therapists or psychologists. The idea of MECC is to support you by creating more confidence in having brief conversations and pointing people in the right direction, as and when needed.
