Evoking change talk

Questions that make the talker think about what could or couldn’t happen if they make the change.  

What is the best/worst outcome if you were to make this change?

How do you think things might be different today if you made that change?

How do you see yourself in 3 years if you do or don’t make this change?

These type of questions are used as a visualization technique in order to encourage the individual to create a picture in their mind of what they will gain if they achieve their goals and make those behaviour changes in their lifestyle.
